Survey methodology and demographics
StatsFind asked people living in the United States to participate in a survey via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), asking them to name their favorite American food. This has over 1,100 respondents.
Most of the respondents (56%) are between 25 and 35 years old. Half of the participants were female and 48% were male. California, Texas, and New York are the three states with the strongest representation,
but there are also significant representations from Florida, Illinois, Washington, Iowa, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. The remaining 40 states account for 39% of participants.
